ZOE & THE BROTHERS operates in the furniture industry, specializing in connecting international clients with manufacturing partners in Vietnam.

Our focus is on hospitality furniture projects for 3–5 star hotels in the North American market (USA & Canada).
Production Management
ZOE & THE BROTHERS undertakes sourcing and selecting suitable factories based on design requirements, materials, technical capability, and the factory’s practical experience in export hotel projects. After receiving the PO, we directly manage and follow up on the order, connecting and implementing all production information from A to Z, including drawing development based on the design, preparing materials, cutting, whitewood frame assembly, sanding, finishing, upholstery, and packaging. We have a very high percentage (more than 70%) of awarding model rooms for all of our clients.
Engineering & Technical Support
We have a dedicated technical and drawing team, supporting clients in clarifying structures, materials, technical details, and production solutions as well as on-site installation methods/solutions. During the production process, ZOE & THE BROTHERS’ technical team conducts research and evaluation to minimize risks related to quality and structure, ensuring the products meet technical requirements when entering mass production.

The technical support department works closely with the factory to ensure that approved samples can be implemented stably, consistently, and in compliance with production requirements, while accompanying the client throughout the entire project implementation process to ensure that schedule and quality always meet the client’s requirements.

In addition, we advise on on-site installation solutions based on the design and drawings approved by the client, in order to ensure construction feasibility and consistency between design, production, and actual installation.
Quality Control
ZOE & THE BROTHERS owns a quality control and technical team with extensive experience in export hotel furniture, working directly at the factory to control quality from incoming raw materials, semi-finished products to finished products before packing and shipment, ensuring that the products meet the correct technical requirements and project standards. All products will be tested based on the furniture global standard and special conditions of the individual projects. Our QC team works at the factories daily to follow up with factory production staff on every single detail and process to make sure all works will be done properly per client's standards and special requests. We report daily and weekly to the clients on every step of production so they can have all the detailed information even if they are overseas.
Shipment & Container
We monitor the packing process, container loading, provide documentation support, and coordinate with the forwarder to ensure that the goods are shipped on schedule.
