TECHNICAL EVALUATION

During the production process, our technical team conducts continuous research and evaluation to minimize quality and structural risks, ensuring products meet technical requirements before entering mass production.

PRODUCTION
CONTROL

We work closely with factories to ensure that approved samples are implemented stably, consistently, and in full compliance with production requirements, while accompanying clients throughout the entire project lifecycle to ensure schedule and quality targets are met.

INSTALLATION
SUPPORT

We advise on on-site installation solutions based on approved designs and drawings to ensure feasibility and consistency between design, production, and actual installation.

Quality Control

ZOE & THE BROTHERS owns an experienced quality control and technical team specializing in export hospitality furniture.

Our QC team works directly at the factories, controlling quality throughout all stages: Incoming raw materials; Semi-finished products; Finished products before packing and shipment.

All products are tested in accordance with international furniture standards and project-specific requirements. Our QC team follows up daily with factory production staff, controlling every detail and process to ensure compliance with client standards and special requests. We provide daily and weekly production reports, giving clients full transparency and detailed visibility even when working remotely.
